You don't want to create a value validation project and just submit it online. There are really two criteria that I have for investing the time in creating a VVP. So you should do the outreach first. You should have that initial touchpoint with somebody. And when you get that gut feeling around, this is my dream company. This person is probably going to go to bat for me. Then you go invest the time in putting together the value validation project.
