Do I Really Need a DHD Medication?

Some people with a d h d require medication on a daily basis. What i can also do is adjust my diet, reduce y the level of my adiposites right,. start to exercise and do other kinds of physiologica. So if i can be dependent on this medication for the rest of my life, will that depends on my other behaviors and what else i do?
