In california, they call em like r ts or whatever and recovery technicians. They're very light level. A lot of em do not require a bachelor's degree. Just require some seminar training and get in there. So what that does, accidentally, whenever that's your standard, is it creates aa lower level of professionalism. And then that trickles throughout the entire health care industry.
