The Tories and Labour's Plans on Migration
Labour seems to have a bit more confidence in being able to talk about issues like migration. The Tories still feel able to just stand up and say, well, if you came in, it would be open borders. I think there is an audacity saying that when you look at the numbers coming out today but Labour clearly want to talk about this. But if they did suddenly come up with some magic target, we know what happened over the last few years.
