I've spent a lifetime saying negative things to myself and hearing negative things about myself. I grew up being made fun of. And that's coaching my friends. That's why I believe so deeply in life coaching. When you hear me say something awesome about myself, just know that that took a lot of work years and years of coaching. Don't receive that and use that to say something unloving about yourself.
