The Story of Duolingo Max
Duolingo Max is Duolingo's brand new higher tier subscription and it's the best way to learn a language. It is comprised of two new features called explain my answer and role play which are both powered by open AI's new GPT four model. On September 24 I had like a 8am calendar invite from our CEO. He said okay, pivot your team go for it. We've always wanted to do a higher tier subscription. Oh really came to fame in the early 2010s because of the shift to mobile we were one of the very first apps to get a lot of traction.
