There's this concept called strip lining that allows you to step away from deals. Oftentimes people think that strip lining happens at the crazy climax of the deal where people are at the negotiation table and they're both about to sign. That's not the case. Strip lining actually helps every step of the way. Alex, one of the things I really take away from our discussion so far is that you have to be okay walking away from some deals. Not every situation is one that's a good mutual arrangement.
