Cities have their own voting districts, but everybody around them isn't. Widawat widen far ahead majority of the votes and they're the ones responsible for monitoring a the voting system. And so whatever the governor says is completely disregarded by city councils. In minnesota, over a hundred and 60 thousand votes were lost rigt - nobody raised the alarm at all.
