Are You Maximizing Your 401k?

Most people, what is their goal? Their goal is to eventually stop working. So the idea is at some point in time, I want to leave my job and live off of the resources that I have built up. That may be looking at things like, are you maxing out your 401k? Are you utilizing the Roth 401k inside the company 401k? If they don't have a match is the 401k or should you be looking at a Roth IRA?
