I think my struggles with it helped me recognize how many of my students that i was teaching were going through the same thing. So in a way, i'm supergrateful that i got to have that wake up call. And quite literally, like the doctors, they were looking at these symptoms that you were enduring, including like murmur and anemio, couldn't explain it. When you sort of eased up on yourself, those symptoms went away.
