I think about it like this, it seems like consciousness is such a complex thing that you couldn't just accidentally stumble onto it, creating consciousness. How could you create somemyu dt understand? It would be given to us, like meaning an alien will come and explain to us what we're missing about consciousness,. And then we'll be like, oh, right now we get it. But for me, the closest issimulation would be in consciousness. The whole idea of the alpha go was that they created something so smart that it could figure things out on its own. So maybe it could discover consciousness, comer what it is.
