i wrote a book with jason falls called the rebels guide to email marketing, and it talks about breaking the rule. So my fifth and final tip is to break some of the rules. And when i say rules, you can't see me, ecause this is audio, but i'm doing air quotes. Chris brogan sends his news letter every sunday morning, and he has open rates over forty per centand so, you know, test some things. Your audience is not my audience. Best practice is really our practices that are best for your audience. Test and see what works best for you.
