Syndication - What Are the Returns on Investments?
It seems like a lot of multifamily syndicators are fairly equal in terms of returns. I think what's more important than what actually shows up on their investor deck is what they've actually performed and what they've done in the past. And you'll see a wide variety of returns on different investments from different syndicators. It's interesting to see that there is a population of syndicators that have an offering that is specific to that investor who wants six to eight to 10 percent returns.
