Is There a Difference Between Fortified Foods and Supplements?

There is this idea out there that all oils are unhealthy, that we really need to adopt an oil free diet if we want to achieve optimal health. We don't have a research to suggest that people who cook with these oils have a poorer health than people who don't use them. There's no reason to believe that people who are including oils in their diet would have poorer health. So it's not a, you know, i think again, it's this idea of making diets very restrictive and basing diets on some some very specific rules.
