The Supreme Court in the past has ruled that in extraordinary cases, changes of venue could be granted. The key examples involve very small jurisdictions, usually rural jurisdictions. Eight of the 12 jurors who were finally seated had expressed the view that he was guilty during jury selection and one said it would take evidence to overcome my belief.
