Mobile CT scanners are typically fixed and used in a room that's easy to shield with lead. So how do we achieve the same level of shielding and safety? We had to do a lot of measurements around it and come up with a really good work instruction on how we were going to use it. Our regulator even visited to have a look at the whole process and the scanner.
