How Interactive Works in-Store

I think what I was thinking about was just this concept of also how interactive works in-store. There are so many ways now that to sort of curate that process, simplify it and even down to supporting the staffing issues that stores have. So I'm thinking about, for example, assisted selling where somebody can touch a screen and learn more about a particular high-end, high-margin bottle of wine. And by talking to an expert, and that expert's located somewhere else, and is probably supporting 50 stores or 100 stores. Those kinds of technologies, which are in some ways really measurable, because they're digitally based, that adds another layer of information as well.
