How Long Does It Take to Get Into a Deal?

On average, from the day we meet to the day we sign the definitive agreement with the potential suitor, that's usually anywhere from six to eight month. Some deals take exactly one year, and i've had some dealers take four months. That's a pretty good six months window of day we meet you and we break bread, and we get to know each other to the day you kow the cash is clearing and to sent your bank account. Ok.
