Grayscale just wrapped up oral arguments and it's lawsuit against the SEC for blocking the transition of GBTC into a spot ETF. The next step is a final decision from the court here. I think this would be a massive shift in the narrative. AnETF approval would be this massive narrative tailwind in the middle of a bear market. With Gensler in charge, I think it's what? Give it a 1% chance this actually happens.
