I Think It's a Little Bit Bilateral, Right?

I think, you some would argue, maybe that it's too mobile these days. But i just don't think people are realizing how different of a change that is. And for sure, we have social mediam mean, we have access to information at our finger tips. We can see and get inspiration from any one at any time that will remind us or encourage us. I believe when you give trust first, you can find ways for people to reciprocate that. It doesn't happen all the time, but that type of psychological safety and that type of ethos has a knock on a fact.
