The Importance of Having a Small Team

I like the small but mighty teams. We hire top players, we've got a small team. I think I'd be comfortable with 50 if it made us better. And part of me too has this romantic notion of just a small team where everybody knows each other. But then we wouldn't necessarily be holding all the hiring and then it goes, okay, well, yeah, there's too much loss of awareness or that sort of thing.
