"It's still the deepest secret that I have. You're the first person that knows," he says of his sexual abuse as a child. "I'm going to go tell my wife tonight. I'm going to start the healing journey." He was speaking at an event for men who had been sexually abused by their fathers, stepfathers or grandfathers. The experience helped him heal and connect with others in similar situations; it brought them closer together.
