Stella says no price is probably not going anywhere and at this moment in time that's also why I'm not buying more now. The company claim they have contractual indexing components in the leases which means if inflation is seven percent they can also hike the lease with seven percent. Stella: "Just because it's in the contract doesn't mean it's no and that's a risk but come on we just came out of covid"
