The Importance of Customer Service
Nate: Customers are the single most important thing. It's where your money comes from. They need to be kept engaged. If they're not doing it, then more than likely you're probably getting complaints or people screaming about delivery times and product quality. So that's where I see is the most important thing keeps coming up over and over again to make a sale. And if you can earn a couple extra sales out of it as well as making sure the customer's happy and the product was fulfilled correctly, then you may have won yourself a customer for life.
