Do You Feel Like There's a Red Flag?

Do you feel like there's a way to sus out? Or do you feel like it's hard to know until you kind of, like get into the company and see, you know, i guess they a on the inside? I would say both. Some of the red flags that i usually encounter are lack of transparency when it comes to funding and spend. Um, that usually is a big red flag for me that there's some issues in the bank. Either there's cash flow problems they're actively fun raising or um, they under fund it themselves.
