Navigating Player Ego and the Value of Feedback

I've admired Phil Beckner for a while now. He's best known as Damian Lillard's personal coach, but he does so much more.

A couple of months before this episode was created, Phil called me for an opinion on something he was doing, and it took our relationship to another level. I give the analogy that we are both Doctors, but i might be more of specialist but Phil is more of General Practitioner. While i might be viewed as a shooting expert, very specific types of players would benefit from my help, but more people in general would benefit from Phil's help.
