Bob Greene: There are rules that the justices have to follow, but who's actually enforcing these rules? He says there is a committee of judges that looks at financial disclosures and supposedly tells the justices when they're incomplete. Greene: But remember, not just Supreme Court justices, but all federal judges are appointed for life. The only way to really do anything about them is to impeach them, he says.
