I've had lots of thoughts around how it can be implemented from organizationa level. There's lots of different levels in layers where i see this could at work. But definitely, i do think a top down would be really effective. Think about corporate corporate social responsibility. For these big, massive multi nationals wan't want to to invest imean but there are people at high levels of organizations who do want to give back.
