joanna stingray is an american musician and producer who moved to lenengrad in the 19 eighties. She became friends with members of a couple of lenen grad bands, kino and aquarium. These guys had a big following but were still what was called an underground band. The problem for the cremlin was that these guys were good enough that whatever restrictions the state placed on them, they were building a huge audience.
