Don't Take a Chance on Me
Many people enter the job search from the perspective of looking for a chance, right? Take the chance on me. And that's just not the right mindset because no one wants to take chances. Presenting yourself as an asset is the way you should. When they ask you if you have any questions, don't say "Oh, everything." They have not answered everything. Ask them how long they've been there and why they haven't left.
