Is the National Defense Authorization Act a Good Idea to Move All Felonies Out of the Chain?
It was part of the most recent national defense authorization act, which is the law that congress passes every year. It will be a little while longer until we know whether that ends up in that law. And also, you know, there's negotiations going on about whether congress even needs to get involved now. If a solution is not found, the problem could hinder recruitment efforts for years to come.
