One of the great joys of my entire ministry was getting to be the pastor of people who felt a call in the ministry somehow. And I got to cheer them on and go, I mean, invest there. You're here, some of the best minds in the world to learn this from. So to get to be in that position, to help guys sort through their calling while knowing that they were getting trained well in this side,. That was a great joy for me.
