You Say Scrupleocity, What Tell Me?

When you're, when you have a propensity to move towards perfectionism, there was crazy expectation on you or there was someone over the top of you. It was actually me lacking understanding, I think, growing up, I was holding myself to standards that were unreasonable. And so I recognized through learning, through growing, through a lot of books, through a lots of people helping me that life doesn't need to be perfect.
