How Does the Parole Board View Helen's Case?
Helen was able to have two absences where she was escorted by a person from the institution. She will have a parole hearing later in December about whether she could leave temporarily by herself. Helen takes full responsibility for what she did, but she doesn't feel remorseful per se.
