How I Found Leading Edge Property Management and Real Estate
In 2016, my official company name was leading edge property management and real estate. In 2019, I got a little bit more serious about, hey, I want to build this up. But how do I do that without recreating the wheel? And actually, Wiker realtors sought me out. So I had a few meetings with them, flew back to New Jersey, met with their team, did the tour, talked to them further. Their core value is just really aligned with mine. They were still family owned, not corporate. That's when I bought into Wiker at the end of 2019.
