How to Work Out Fasted Versus Fed

For a resistance training bout that is not endurance oriented, you wouldn't go in there stone cold fast. Research shows us a stronger anabolic signaling response when people train overnight fasted compared to after a full size meal. So it's almost like if you don't have time to have something pre exercise and you're not willing to throw down a scoop or two of protein powder, then okay, no big deal. Just make it up after the training bout.
