The Two Types of Management Styles
Managers work on pushing staff to the next level and reaching their potential. They teach growth by pushing employees outside of their comfort zone. I like to think on my best days, i have a transformational management style. Good increases innovation and employees can adapt to change. If it's not used carefully, it can cause staff burn out and people can't keep up with pace.
