Nexon Sues Dark and Darker Developers

dark and darker developer iron gate is being sued by Nexon for copyright infringement following a DMC a takedown in March. The lawsuit also claims some of iron gates employees who previously worked at Nexon had signed a one year non compete clause that stopped them from taking quote Nexon's trade secret straight to a new developer. Nearly half of iron gate employees are made up of former Nexon staff. Though the lawsuit only names two such as former staff.
