Scattered Smothered Waffle House Hash Browns
I get my hash browns the way they come. I don't ask them to be extra. Scattered smothered is with grilled onions, covered is with cheese and peppered is jalapenos. You can also get it capped, which is mushrooms. Just a little hot sauce in a little syrup on mine. On your hash browns? Just a smidge. Gotta go pepper. And just a little chute. Just alittle... Just a whisper.
