Lower creeks ratified this treaty, but the upper creeks rejected it. And afterwards, the john quincy adams administration re negotiated a new set of agreements. They agreed to make much larger payouts to the lower creeks in return for them emigrating to the west and ceding their territory. The locha poka were even more resistant.
