How to Improve the Publishing Process?

I was just reviewing at a big american conference, lots of lots of different posters. And i actually reached out to a couple of people in these companies and s told me we have these problems because we are not that involved in the publication process. How on earth can you s a statistician, be an author on a publication and not have really a good say on how thes publication should read? Ye.
