The most important thing is never stop being a student. Humility within the training ranks is superimportant, because someone being teachable as a trainer is as important as being a good teacher. We talk about ego earlier, that there's this impression that if i've become a fool drive trainer, i have to know everything. It's physically impossible. If you had a large staff of trainers, like, let's say seven p for example, where you had half a dozen individuals that are very well versed, you start to get closer to knowing a lot of it.
