RV failure would be any sort of clinical entity where there's elevated right-sided filling pressures in RV dysfunction. The first thing that we see really is hypoxemia because of the vQ mismatch. Patients that are very young can tolerate shock much better than older patients. So there has to be a tremendous amount of vigilance for these changes.
