How to Feel Guiltless
I would really want people to feel less guilt where it doesn't belong. I think that there's a piece for me about how guilt, your right is often felt as a masking feeling. And so the guilt that they're feeling for not making that phone call would actually be better placed if they could genuinely notice that they haven't been holding themselves to account somewhere else in their life. Rather than just project out and bounce it onto something that feels more palatable, they actually do the work on making some change. So I guess what I'm saying is, let's not let ourselves off the hook entirely, but let's just make sure we're on the right hook for the right amount
