The Number of Seats in the Politburo Has Always Been an Odd Number

The number of seats in whether it was the Politburo or the standing committee has always maintained at an odd number. That was an intentional design by the Communist Party to make sure that, you know, the chances of a Thai vote would be minimum. What we can see at the 20-party congress is the number of seats of the Politbura have been cut down from 25 to 24. It's such a stark contrast to what is happening in reality where women weren't even allowed to take out one seat in the entire Politburo.
