What Kind of Data Are Out There for Racial Diversity?

There are two types of data when we talk about work force racial diversity or ethnic diversity. There's the quantitative data, you know, who is in your work force and how do you count them? And then there's qualitative data, which is more about compani's policies and practices,. So there is not a lot of the quantitative stuff out there. But i can tell you that that first category, that the quantitative info, is really pretty sparse and hard to compare.
