Diversity Trainings

Diversity trainings is one thing that i know is really controversial, because apparently, not even talkn abou hat. We're still doing a lot of replication on things like implicit bias and ar but moreto the point, there is harm coming out of a certain way of seeing the world. And th am open to saying that the method that i'm using currently is not reducing the harm. If so, we need to iterate on it. I think people who have a lot of underlying negative attitudes, people who are just plain out races, they're eager to find any suggestion that may be something in the status that goes against their attitude has been justified to be not effective at all
