Kubernetes Technical Oversight Committee

There doesn't seem to be that product manager role in the way things are structured. You've got these SIGs that seem pretty self-sufficient, but there's not a product manager at the high level. I guess the technical oversight committee maybe fulfills some of that,. But they don't necessarily decide for the project, to my understanding and I'm not in those meetings so I don't know.
