The characters were written originally to be all sort of gender neutral, if you will. By making ripley and lambert women, you are imbedding a theme into this movie, right? And so the world that we live in, um, we deal with patriarchy and depression,. Those themes are going to come through the minute that you introduce a gender dynamic into this script. Mandy just dispenses with a lot of that, which is very refreshing. You know, i've never been able to get mear a cat since that time. I was 12. Lesson, ell trica, what's your lesson?
