The Importance of Location in the Future of the Internet
It's really is land that's very close to existing data centers. And so, you know, if you look at Northern Virginia, 10 years ago, you could have got land for maybe a couple hundred thousand dollars an acre. That was would be considered prime location. Now that's four plus million an acre. Again, that's really driven by some of that latency that I talked about earlier. It's just not that we're running out of land, but the land that's really prime.
